people in nonprofit should be awarded more than average personal days.

but....i guess, people in nonprofit wouldn't take them.

god, i need a vacation.

but, i probably wouldn't take it......

yes, i would take more money too. the hard part about nonprofit is we have to write lengthy proposals for our own salaries!

yeah my experience working with non-profits was brutal. i remember having to argue with an office manager to get a stamp, just so i could mail something without my boss flipping out on me. non-profit doesn't mean you can't turn a darn profit....or run a proper business! extra days off sounds like a good idea. i never thought to demand that.

i once sent in a proposal on recycled paper, the flip side of the sheets had been used. i explained in the proposal that we keep costs down by re-using paper.
