wow, i suck at this, but i'll try. the first looks like spanish, possibly latin, but my guess is spanish. no clue on meaning. the word "schyros" looks like some form of Greek or a slavic language with roots in greek...

not sanish, latin, not italian. i think schyros refers to a god.....
it isn't any of the easy to look up languages :(

Scooby Doo, where are you?
Well, "a nostro" in Italian (literally translated) means "to ours".

I'd tend to agree that based on some of the clues, it's some sort of Mediterranean/Adriatic-born dialect (some Greek origins, maybe some Italian). From what little I recall about Croatia and some of the other countries in the area, some of the language bases are part Slavic and part Italian (yes, the sound of heads exploding).

wandering does not make you a "gypsy."
why would you call yourself
after those who have no home?
long skirts and hoop earrings
do not make you a "gypsy."
why do you call yourself after
those who have no clothes?

"gypsy" is pejorative. please don't perpetuate the stereotype. educate yourself on what it really means to be a "gypsy" in this world.
